I have a question for the occupational/physical therapy people and doctors in the field of orthopedics. I am looking for an orthopedics text book covering muscular imbalances diagnosis and treatment. What would any of you recommend?
I’m in the wrong medical area, but if you have not read Ian’s Kings work, you should. Preventing/treating muscle imbalances seems to be one of his areas of interest.
I would be surprised in there was an ortho textbook along those lines. Perhaps rehab or physical therapy.
