Having trouble with the search feature, can someone point me in the direction to the “getting started” info?

Also anyone know if the new formula now would have a different starting dosing schedule? thanks in advance

Thanks to you both.

Also, can anyone chime in on optimal diet plans for Indigo use? Basically a suggested macro guidline?

currently starting my 8 week of bulking, 5’7’’ 184, up from 173. Starting Indigo to help basically recomp and handle the carbs better. Gradually increased the carbs each week, but now by the 8th week getting about 300-400g a day, 70-100g of waxy maize peri workout and not handling it so well. Most of my carbs come from brown rice, quinoa and ezekiel(sp?) bread. Hoping Idigo will be the missing link in my nutrition to help me handle the carbs better in terms of bloat and waist gain.

Again thanks for the help in advance.

Some, including Shugart, will recommend taking out the Ezekiel bread. That may in and of itself help with bloating.

Are you making sure that the carbohydrates are coming in the window following your Indigo dosing?

What are your other macros looking like?

Quinoa makes me bloated big time, so you might have to play around with your sources. Same with oatmeal, I could only handle steel cut and even that I need to keep to a low amount. Just wanted to chime in with that! I know you will get way better answers than I can provide. Good luck!

Interesting on the Ezekiel bread, hoping Chris will chime in.

Havent started Indigo yet, order arrives on Thursday, so I am planning on eating most of my carbs around dosing and training.

I dont count cals or fat but try to keep it 40/40/20 on non training days, get in 200-250g protein a day. The main difference between training days is the extra carbs from the waxy and usually another 50g carbs in the postworkout meal.

Again, kind of hoping my diet is already on the right path, just missing the indigo to maximise all the carbs. Any thoughts?

Thanks again guys.

Honestly it sounds like you have it fairly dialed in.

Just keep the carbs in the Indigo/workout window when you start the product and then keep track of your results. I’m sure you’ll do fine.
