I remember reading a suggested order for workout programs written by the guys on this site but I cant find it again. Anyway, I have been doing WSSB for a while now and am planning on taking a week off next week before I go back to school. I would like to start again with a program that is a good for building a solid base (WSSB showed me that I still have some weaknesses) and put on about 15 lbs of lean mass. From there I was looking to move to strength building programs and finally onto something like CT's revolutionary fitness program. Any suggestions?
