Hello T
Today im going to a 75 year birthday i know with my self that i will have a few drinks today.
Im currently on some orals and planning on take 1 this morning and get my workout done and then not to take them later and tommorow as i want to take care of my liver as good as i can.
Is this a bad idea skipping out on them for over 24 hours.?
What should i do?
