Optimum Insulin Spike Timing

   Quick question,

Is it more important to spike your insulin immediately BEFORE your workout, or AFTER your workout?
As in your pre and post shakes, spike them with the insulin releasing carb make up… both? I would think post, but not sure, probably both with a bit more for the post…hmmm…
