Optimized Volume Training Question

Would it be all right to do Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday?

This would bump the Anterior/Medial Deltoid and Posterior Deltoid day to right after the Biceps and Triceps day.

Would fatigue be problematic? Would you be putting stress on the biceps/triceps and interfering with recovery?

Or is this just that you don’t want to have too many days off in a row?
