If you remember your optimal strength training for naturals you had a squat bench and deadlift day, each for strength Skill work, followed my low volume accessory stuff.
I’ve begun training for Muay Thai and so would like to sub some movements.
Would it work to have the 3 days based around -
trap bar deadlift
Clean grip muscle snatch
A heavy deadlift and squat day takes too much out of me in the week, and I believe a muscle snatch (or clean and push press) is a strength move for sports.
