Optimal Strength Training for Natural Trainee w/ Explosive Work?

Hi CT,
I would like to start a cycle of your Optimal Str training for natural trainee, but I would like to keep some explosive work. I was thinking of doing snatch grip high pull during the deadlift/hamstring/upper back/Trap day and remove the leg curl, rear delt and shrugs from the hypertrophy block.

Is that a good approach? and what kind of lifting scheme would you recommand for SGHP in this context

I don’t really love the idea. Yes the high pull is a great exercise and you can put it in the program. But I do put value in the isolation work to build muscle. The high pull can be used as an activation at the beginning of the workout for 3-4 sets of 3-5 reps
