Opposite Training A1, A2

CT… When doing the opposite training program you outlined, you have exercises labeled as A1 and then A2…for example

A! Dumbbell Hammer Curl
A2 Rope Triceps Extension

Are they supposed to be done as a superset? Or do all the sets for A1 first and then A2? I noticed that on other training days you also listed certain ones together as well, not just on the arms day.

It’s a superset or alternating sets (do one set of A1, rest a bit, do one set of A2, rest, go back to A1, etc.)
