lol at sound he makes on first rep
Well he’s fucking big and strong, so I can’t complain.
I think he missed that last rep of inclines and decided to play it cool and add another exercise to the complex
He was probably just doing it to put on youtube, I doubt he does it every week.
I wasn’t expecting him to actually be able to lift that weight based on the way he was dressed in the gym. Baggy jean shorts with skateboarding shoes? Really?
You HAVE to respect a guy who can comfortably sit with 315 lbs on a bar on his lap like that…
I cry when I don’t have a towel to do 200 lb hip thrusters and only have a squat pad…
Unrack the weight like a normal person, Nah, today I’m gonna deadlift, half zercher, gut thrust this thing into place, do some 1/2 rep inclines then some straight legged bent over rows.
It’s cool I’m a strong mofo and can get away with this shit.
First rep “Oooooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!11!1”
pretty bizarre and not quite sure what any perceived benefit would be…
did anyone else notice something was very odd about how he handled the weight right around .28???

What that he reverse curled 315 lbs to his legs nice and slow like it was 45. Nah dude he’s crazy strong, it can’t be fake.
just saw some of his other vids. dude is huge. and strong.
Lol that was pretty sweet, I wasnt expecting that.

Those aren’t jean shorts, they’re regular exercise shorts. And I’m pretty sure those are basketball shoes.
I personally wear baggy running shorts and Globes (skateboarding shoes) in the gym every day. It’s comfortable and doesn’t hinder any of my exercises.
I’m sure plenty of big guys on here wear baggy shorts and similar shoes when they lift. Why would it matter?

yeah, i too watched the other vids by this guy. Pretty big. I got nothin to say on the incline press/row combo. It must be working for him.
Impressive, but kind of stupid. Not sure why he didn’t just use two bars…
My opinion is you’d also have to be a rather large and strong mammal to pull it off.
