Looking to add some more volume to my training. I have been using a full body workout 3 x a week. Looking to use a pull push legs type split.
Monday - Pulling (deadlift focus)
Tuesday - Pushing (bench press focus)
Wednesday - Legs (Squat focus)
Thursday - Pulling (Chin up focus)
Friday - Pushing (OH press focus)
Any opinions/changes would be greatly appreciated.
