I’m opening a small gym (about 6000 sf) and I am trying to get opinions on what type of equipment people like to use best. I’m debating between hammer strength plate-loaded and nautilus plate-loaded. For strength machines, it’s between matrix and nautilus. i’ll probably throw in an occasional cybex or other machine (standing calf raise, etc.). since you’re all serious about workouts, workout trends from others you see at the gym are appreciated too. any opinions?
