Come on…somebody write something.
Even the word poop would be cool

poop

mmmm…

Doesn’t look bad.

Honestly though, only thing I saw was that the lions share of your protein comes from shakes and whey.

I need to start a supplement company,… you would put my kid thru college…j/k

I know shakes are convenient, but you gotta consider some more real food.

Try to add some more lean meat. Bison, fish, tuna, turkey, shrimp, even eggs.

Other than that, I am not a big fan of running, buy if it works for you…

thanks for the poop…

yeah…the shakes are a problem but my job makes it rough to bring lots of containers for meat, etc…
shakes are easy unfortunately…
I try to get some in on pw meal #2 and pre-workout meal.
