Only Have 2 Days to Lift

I have only 2 days to lift…but I can’t find a suitable program that incorporates only 2 days on here…anyone got any 2 day a week workouts that can show some nice gains? thanks

Day 1: A1 - Military 10 sets of 3 reps
A2 - Pull Ups 10 sets of 3 reps
B1 - Deadlift 10 sets of 3 reps

Day 2: A1 - Bench 10 sets of 3 reps
A2 - Row 10 sets of 3 reps
B1 - Back Squat 10 sets of 3 reps

Try Ian Kings “Big Muscles, Busy Schedule.” I’m not sure how to post the link but look in the 2002 archives. It’s from 07/05/02.

I remember an article in the old print version that had a program suited to your needs.

Unfortunately, I can’t find my copy at the moment.

Anyone else remember?

Here’s a 2 day routine I really like:

Day 1:

Chins
Military Presses
Squats
Calf Raises

Day 2:

Bench Presses
Deadlifts
Curls
Abs

I am inclined to suggest a 10x3 program. The recovery time would be very nice bouns.

But please correct me if I am wrong :slight_smile:

thanks for the response…much needed! =) Franco especially thanks…I love Ian’s programs…the CW workout seems nice, but its a 3 day program…it’ll be nice when i can hit the gym more than 2 days again…
