Online Training Log

Is anyone aware of a FREE or cheap online log to track their daily fitness routines?

Just a basic search shows some online logs, but was curious if anybody has any experience or recomendations for these.

I am currently mixing it up with cardio and lifting.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
