had patellar tendonitis and stopped training the legs for like a good 4 yrs… and now i barely do body weight squats and 60kg deadlifts… before i had all this shit… i was deadlifting 180kg for 5reps… no belt no wraps :(…i miss it

Sigh, why not focus on what’s best for your body? Vanity and validation fuel our society. I have long qts my heart rate was 29bpm and qtc of 570. Edit now my bpm at cardio was 49 and qtc 454. So, I can’t even take a decongestant. My husband, I thought would never forgive me for being so self-righteous, but he did. In “sickness” and now in health. I’m loving life now!

GOD BLESS… i think im just gonna pass the drug thingy this summer… its totally not worth it…

yeah, I’m supposed to be dead. I have a team of specialists that two weeks ago said I could do whatever workouts I want. It’s awesomeness to an extreme!

Honestly, I’m not sure what my goal is atm. I appreciate the offer but I’m not a noob haha. I played semi pro sports and in college. I just had my “dumbass sleepwalking fucking retarded” point in life. But as I say to everyone advice is always appreciated. Edit which many many have given me and has helped tremendously!!! I get schooled by so many it’s wonderful!

thats even better… well the thing that i never mentioned is that… well its a trend these days… but ive been doing it since 2007…im a personal trainer… and trust me im not one of these instagram coaches :p… and with ur program… i mentioned the push pull routine to keep ur stress hormones low… 4 exercises per day… 6x a week… low volume…believe it or not… it works…

before i got all my degrees… training right was somehow rare in my country and nobody knew shittt about training… all they said was… 2 sustanon 250 perweek and a bro split… splits taken from magazine… ronnies workout… Dexter’s workout… and shit like that… so i had to do it right… so i did this personal training acsm thing… then biomechanics of weight training…nutrition… sports medicine…lifestyle coach… kept doing them one by one… and here i am… i still got a lot to learn ofcourse… but i believe i know a thing or two…

Ty. I just had a coach tell me I needed to lose 5 lbs cuz too top heavy. Fuck that, I don’t want to lose weight.

back when i was lean as fuck… i never enjoyed a meal… i used to go to a restaurant… have a salad and chick with me wud have a burger… it sucked… now… i still look ok… but i eat whatever i want… fuck i just had a big mac meal large fries and a big mac chicken with it… lol… feels great… i know my waist line isnt 29" now :P… its around 33… fuck it… i wanna live… so yeah… dont drop the weight if it doesnt bother you!.. and if ur husband likes it… do what SUITS YOU best…

Your plan wouldn’t work for me. I have to keep intensity to keep heart in check. I stopped heart meds completely. Which means no pussy weights and intense cardio 2 days a week ad three lifting
