Because of work restictions I can only do MAG 10 one week at a time and workout like I should, if I train twice a day 6 days that week and non the next would it be better not to do the MAG 10 except on the week I can workout, or go ahead and use MAG 10 both weeks anyway.
You grow for several days after the workout,
so I’d do at least 4 days past the
last good workout.
