I plan on taking a week off of active rest after only one week of training after a two week 70 spray twice a day androsol cycle. It has been alittle over 16 weeks of straight training at that time and i know i will need a break. I will be using tribex and vitex after the cycle. Would this be enough to keep the gains that I make?
