What makes routines like the ABBH workout and a muscle a day workout not?
Now if there are people who think other wise please let me know. I really want to get the most out of these next 2 months. So wouldnt a upper body/lower body split work? or a Chest/Tri, Back/Bi, Shoulders, Legs Split be best. I feel like the ABBH works but not to the extent that I want it to. There is no isolation and my bi's, shoulders, tris, doesn't feel like they are getting anywhere? So what gives?
I'm looking to get stronger and bigger... So what do I have to do?
