One Muscle a Day??

Hey guys,

What makes routines like the ABBH workout and a muscle a day workout not?

Now if there are people who think other wise please let me know. I really want to get the most out of these next 2 months. So wouldnt a upper body/lower body split work? or a Chest/Tri, Back/Bi, Shoulders, Legs Split be best. I feel like the ABBH works but not to the extent that I want it to. There is no isolation and my bi’s, shoulders, tris, doesn’t feel like they are getting anywhere? So what gives?
I’m looking to get stronger and bigger… So what do I have to do?

Thats funny. I’m on my second 23 day cycle of ABBH I and so far, I feel like my bi’s, tri’s and shoulders are seeing great gains.

Different folks do respond differently to different workouts. Just keep trying them until you find what works for you.

Why are these next two months so important?
