Sorry I forgot to add this to my last post regarding my attempt to find a macronutrient profile for my Don’t Diet diet. At 15% BF, 160lb weight (73kg) and therefore 62kg LBM, I figured out I am supposed to do 2700 calories a day. I know this may sound stupid, but does that amount of daily calories appear correct? Does that not seem a little high for a diet? Thanks to anybody who can reply. I appreciate it!
