It looks interesting, but I have a question about it: in the article, Dan John says "If you're only doing chins, you're going to chin for 45 minutes!" but then says the whole workout is, at most, 7 sets. How does 7 sets take 45 minutes? I'm obviously missing something here, but I don't know what.
