One Leg Larger Then the Other

I have knee inflammation in my left knee, but I am still able to do squats and deadlifts. I have noticed that my right leg is becoming notciable larger and more cut then the left (inflamed). After workouts my right leg is extremelly sore since most of the weight is exerted onto it. Anything I can do to balance it out?

  1. Unilateral exercises, more weight or reps on the inflamed leg. Such as lunges, step ups, leg curls, etc.

  2. Stretch the good leg thurougly before you begin to work out.

  3. Massage the swelling to attempt to get it to dissapate somewhat.

NB: INAPT (I Am Not A Personal Trainer) or even close.
