This is a good omen!
Maybe this is the rise of the Chicken Hawk?
That’s more like it!
T spine stretch
Med ball throws
Toe taps over block
Clappinh push ups off bench
Left shoulder was very crunchy today.
Wu=jumping around like an idiot for a few minutes
4x1/105 off the rack iso hold 30 secs. These are getting easier
0x0/105 glued to the pins (20) one notch lower than last week. This was to be expected. The puts the bar about the midway point and that’s where I get stuck
4x1/105 negatives ( lower, get up, put the bar back and lower again in a controlled crash)
4x2/95 off the pins
A couple of these may have even looked like I knew how to BP
Incline DB (med)
Goblet squats ya know, for Harry
The good news is… all that rehab/prehab stuff must be working. No back pain, only one hammy cramp, everything went well!!!
Good idea to put those yielding eccentrics (negatives) for that sticking point. Try for a 7-10 second fight.
I didn’t count, but tried to make them slow and steady. By the last set when I got to the weak point things definitely sped up the last couple of inches. Going to keep on it for a few sessions to see if I can make improvements. Will try to remember to count next time.
Anderson squat (15)
Heck. YES. Are you going to keep the corrective day/s in your program?
At least until the end of the month.
Still hot over there chicken or cooling down now ?
Hotter now than it was all summer. The first cold front of fall is only minutes away though.
My favorite day of the year.
T spine stretch
Prone lift off
Planks into shoulder taps
Stir the pot
Just out here waiting on the cold front. Hmmm… humidity 90% 80° not a breathe of air moving. Every bug is chirping.
Doing the correctives til the month’s end seems reasonable. Once you’re fixed, there’s no more fixing to do.
Oh I’m not saying that at all. Just may need to reassess what needs to be done.
I refuse to look all these up and just trust you’re not just joshin.
Don’t know what half of those even are, but look like you got some work in.
They are all legit.
