One day arm cure

Has anyone tried it and with what results?

It looks like some people get good results while some get nothing. Do you have any idea why?


Another way to blast the arms is to do 5 sets a day everyday of chin-ups and military presses. Take your 10 rep max on each and do one set five times a day 5-6 times a week. Don’t train to failure, just focus on flexing the muscles as hard as possible on each set. Try it for three weeks and watch your arms grow.
