One Arm Triceps Isolation

I have a pretty considerably muscle imbalance between my left and right side most likely from years of being a pitcher. I’ve been doing extra sets with my left side to try and make up for this and I’m having a bit of difficulty finding a lift that allows me to isolate one tricep at a time.

Anyone have any advice?

One arm skull crushers with dumbbell, kickbacks, cable pushdowns

  • One arm cable pressdowns
  • Standing one arm overhead extensions
  • Flat bench dumbell extension

Uhm, can’t remember anymore right now…
