On The Road Lots, Help w/ Training Schedule

Not sure of bf% but my abs are very defined
Goals: To get stronger and gain some more size.

I used to have a steady schedule and could workout on a regular basis but since i’ve started working on cell towers i’ve been on the road alot and can’t keep up a steady lifting schedule. I was doing full body workouts for awhile but am getting bored with them and was thinking of trying a push/pull/legs split. I try to make it to the gym 3 times a week but some weeks I can only make it once. I know full body makes sense for my schedule but I want to be able to hit my muscle groups with more volume, I feel I respond better that way. Any ideas?

you answered your own question, for your situation, tbt makes more sense. sometimes we just want people to tell us what we want to hear, but i won’t.
