On Recovery

I know that Surge is the best PWO supp to take. I was wondering if it’s effects were to translate over to non lifting events. I play rugby and after games I’m done for a day or two. Anything else you would recomend besides Surge?

YES!! for sure from Dave Barrs latest talk at the Test Fest this weekend. Surge would be a very welcome addition to your Post and even pre rugby diet.

I imagine it would be rather weird though. every time I played hell we barley made it from the feild and the beer was being force fed us. LOL
