On vacation so over the past 3 days I’ve eaten too much and had many drinks. But still fitting in the workouts.

Thanks all. Vacation has been great. Which means I’ve eaten too much, stayed up too late and drank too much. Good for my mental health.

I also ate more steak and grilled vegies then a small village could eat. I just couldn’t stop eating. Great meal.

Tweaked my back a little last set of deads so I went light on the front squats. Felt better after the db swings and ab rolls.
