On My Way to 2pl8 Bench, 3pl8 Squat and 4pl8 Deadlift

Started from the from the bottom…

Now I’m a little bit above the bottom

Numbers on the day of this thread’s creation are:

135 x 10 - Bench Press
155 x 5 - Front Squat
280 x 4 - Deadlift
100 x 5 - OHP

My squat is probably the worst lift ever even though they all suck, I used to get really bad knee pain from regular High bar/Low bar squats so I switched to front squats, then I got injured again and now I think I finally got the hang of it for regulat back squats.
