honestly my last cycle I was taking 6-7 a day from D-tro.

it was absolutely miserable, but the best fat loss u could imagine.

people recommend that you split the dose up evenly between AM and PM, but I would take 2-3 at a time…sometimes 4.

well d-tro sells crystal which is about 220mg pure dnp… so typically anywhere from a gram to 1.5g a day.

not as much of a gamble as you would be led to believe.

as for the Benadryl… I stopped taking it as it exacerbates my restless leg syndrome… I did take Claritin however… I would recommend starting when you start the DNP as the rash can be pretty uncomfortable

Update time!

So day 6. Yesterday was first day at 400 and MAN was it crazy. As soon as I popped the 2nd pill, I felt the heat within 50 min. I started freaking out but after reading logs online saw it was normal.

Right now the issue I am having is sleeping. I have a fan on me but I still wake up 6-7 times a night…any tips?

Set your AC on as cold as you can, and get used to it. I have central air, and I ended up putting a window AC in my bedroom so that I could keep it as could as possible without turning the air on for the whole house. Still slept horribly on every cycle though. I’ve went up to 1,000mg a day of d-tro’s, with a 1,250mg day thrown in every once in a while. It was absolute hell, and I wouldn’t ever recommend it, but it worked incredibly well. Never had an issue with rashes during any of my runs.

With doses of 500mg a day, I could train pretty much normally, I felt lethargic, but not horribly so. 750mg a day was when heat and lethargy really started getting uncomfortable, and at that dosage and beyond, my sets were almost exclusively heavy with very low reps, I think I rarely even went up to 5 reps per set. I never noticed a very big decrease in strength, but I’d be huffing and puffing after only a few reps, so I figured I was better off just using low reps to maintain strength, and let my diet and the DNP do all the fat burning instead of my workouts.

So I really need your guys help and advice with this one.

This is my 5th day on 400mg. The first 4 days were at 200mg.

The first two days at 400 I burned and sweated like hell. Now I beraly feel anything. I read all these online logs how people are just dying and cannot handle it and quit on day 8 or 9 at 400…

Well me not so much. Not only do I beraly not feel anything but I feel GOOD! I still sweat here and there and still wake up with a wet sheet and pillow but during the day I beraly sweat. I am full of energy all day and I am DESTROYING my workouts. I must add however, I sweat like I am in the sauna during my whole workout to the point where its disgusting.

The DNP I have is real and pure, my friend is taking the same DNP and gave up on day 7 because he could not handle it he said…

Now, just to give you guys a little background about myself I am from Russia and have genetics far from normal. For example, I have 18 inch calves and a 30 inch waist when I am at 10% bf. Usually only very obese people that are 350+ pounds have calves as big as mine…so that is just to give you guys an idea what kind of genetics I have.

I am also in the middle of my Test/Primo cycle.

So my question is should I go 600 the last 10 days? I do not want to be the idiot who rushed into a higher dosed and died so what do you guys think? Also can 600mg be a potentially fatal dose??

anyways… you say you are “killing your workouts”, but in your initial post, you say that you are 5’9, 210 and 25% bodyfat (most likely higher)… I would imagine that you have some pretty pussy workouts… no offense.

anyways, when I ran DNP (600-1000mg/day), there were days when I felt great, and days that I felt exhausted… I never really felt like shit, or like death, etc. a lot of people are just wimps when it comes to being uncomfortable, so they quit. if you are pouring sweat, it is working.

I would run 600 yes. it’s not a lethal dose.

on a semi-related note, you really don’t seem to know much about anything, you should really reconsider your drug usage…again, no offense, just trying to help.

I do appreciate the honestly and help. Workouts are from my coach. DNP is also coaches advice but he told me not to go to 600 he said it can be dangerous that is why I ask here.

I will go last 5 days at 600. I believe dudes like you who have been there done that. My coach never went higher than 400
