This one might be odd, but I’m not really sure how to deal with this issue.
I have had lower back issues in the past, and mobility/stretching almost fixed it in a matter of hours. In regards to my knee, I don’t have the same luxury.
Here’s the ‘‘odd’’ part; some days, the knee will be 100%, as in I have zero pain, regardless of the movements I go through. Other days, doing a BW lunge will be excruciating.
My theory is inflammation, because if something was torn up, it would always be painful, no? Then again, the left knee is always 100%, so something is definitely up with the right one. I just don’t understand what could cause it to vary so much over time. I have no loss in stability/strength, it’s just a sharp pain.
