Omni Contraction Method

In your article on the Omni contraction method, is that to be used only with isolation lifts or can it be used with other lifts such as chin-ups and dips?

Well it could be done with other exercises, but I would be careful… the burden on the CNS is very high. If you do it on a CNS intensive exercise it could be too much.

Dips should be fine, for some reason I think they would be. Chin-ups, if you are really strong at them.
