Omega-3 Dosing

Hey, T-Mag, gang. I was wondering as to what reasoning went into the 6-10g/day combined of EPA/DHA recommendation? A lot of the studies I’ve seen have used about 6g of fish oil, about 2.6g of which is DHA or EPA. Also, the same question goes for antioxidant recommendations in the recent article by Lowery and Berardi.
