Hey guys, my mother was told recently by my aunt that taking fish oil when you have high pressure can be risky. So she asked me if I knew anything about it, and I searched for the answer in the archive and on google, but nothing significant came up. So any of you know of contraindications when taking your fish caps when you have high blood pressure?

Fish oil has a positive effect on reducing blood pressure. I do find I bleed easier though. I was taking a daily baby aspirin and had to stop due to excess blood thinning, my nose turned into a fountain.

Pretty much, yes. But my aunt, the one who warned her, might have made that mistake…
