Do you know of any good training DVD’s for olympic training? I’ve found plenty of VHS but I’d prefer DVD as it doesn’t wear out and the pause, slow-mo is far superior.
Have you ever considered bringing out a training DVD for your style of training?
I have not yet encountered an olympic lifting DVD. I do plan on producing a video/DVD in the next month or so.
Creed - youc an always digitise your VHS tapes into your PC with the right inexpensive hardware. and then burn then onto DVD or VCD
