I live in Orlando FL. Does anyone know of any facility in this city where I can learn the Olympic lifts? I’m waiting for a response from USA Weightlifting. Thanks for your help.
JD, there is a local high school that holds weightlifting meets in that area. You can contact USA weightlifting for more information, as I can’t remember the contact person’s name. I believe it’s Bill. And I think they are actually closer to Winter Park.
I used to go down there for competitions with some friends. But I have not gone in the last two years as I stopped competing. But my friends have continued to go. If I can get specific info from my friends, I’ll let you know.
