Olympic Lifting Technique Question

@CT: I’ve noticed you see internally rotate your shoulders for cleans and snatches and variations, externally rotate your shoulders, squeeze your shoulder blades together, etc… lots of different approaches.

It seems that getting your knuckles under the bar and the lats tight to keep the bar close seems to be agreed upon.

I would love to hear how you personally coach your clients, and any comments to any of this.
