Hi, Im a type 2A, doing something for certain time but boring fast. For most part of my training years do powerlifting movements (westside template) but want to jump into crossfit, first want to train olympic lifts. Im confused about general routine and frequency for my neurotype in olympics. Some tips?

Im a very beginner so my technique is bad. I must work a lot in technique to lift some considerable weights. But in general aspects how must train olympic or crossfit a type 2A? Im interested in olympic now and want get a lot info haha
