If any of T-Nation lives within driving distance to Baton Rouge, LA and would like to be a certified Olympic Lifting coach let me know. I have been in contact with Gayle Hatch, and he will conduct the coarse if at least 10 people sign up. I think his charge is around $350 - $400 dollars. Gayle Hatch is a great coach and has coached many professional athletes (Warrick Dunn) as well as Olympians.

I would just like to add that the USA Weightlifting Club Coach program is a great introduction to the lifts. Even though I had coached them for several years without the certification, there’s no substitute for learning the lifts from a qualified coach.
