Olympic Lifting Boxes

Am planning to build some boxes for the O lifts, have been performing them from the hang on CT’s advice being more functional for athletes concerned with power development and now I would like to take it one step further, my question is what is the best height and dimensions any suggestions would be appreciated

Pick a height where the bar is elevated to a point that’s just slight below or at knee level. Cinderblocks work fine.

I can’t lift from boxes, something above lifting from a relaxed state just jars me

and feels unnatural.
