You've inspired me through your promotion of explosive pulls and other exercises like power clean and press to get into the olympic lifts. I'm doing the complex layer system you prescribed for me with great results, increased size/strength/proficiency in the lifts. I'm going to keep with this for at least a cycle or two, but I was wondering if you had any olympic lifting specific program that you could show me?
Maybe it'd be the same thing with just slight adjustments, I'm not sure. I would imagine it'd be something like including front squats instead of back squats, but other than that I'm not sure where to go. I know you're very firm on including at least 2 SGHP days and I wasn't sure if I should alter that or not.
Currently my exercise selection is front squat, SGHP, Inc Bench, SGHP, Dec Bench, and Power clean and press.
Any feedback you could give me would be greatly appreciated!
