I have 2 questions:

  1. Does anyone know how to build an Olympic weightlifting platform? Also, where can I find the rubber runners or rubber matting / flooring material?

  2. What is the best oil (or chemical) & procedure to use keep my new Olympic bar rust-free? I am in the South & my gym is in my basement where it gets pretty humid in the summer.
