does any one have a sample olympic workout i can use? Also, since I dont compeate could i base the program around the power clean and power snatch in stead of the full versions?

hey will, just keep it simple. 4x4 of power cleans with 5 sets of triples for front squats one day. Then 4x3 snatchs w/ overhead squats the next. Make sure you do things like goo mornings and reverse hypers for your posterior chain.
