1B - Squat - 135x8, 155x8, 185x8, 205x8
1C - Plank - 30 seconds
1D - Rest 90 seconds

2A - Kettlebell Snatch x5 each side
2B - Front Squat - 95x8, 115x8, 125x8, 135x8
2C - Lying leg raise 10 seconds
2D - Rest 90 seconds

3A - Good Morning
3B - 1 arm banded row
3C - Hammer curl
