That’s right, there’s an Oxford comma in the title!

Well here’s the deal I was powerlifting back in 2011 and tore my left biceps and it became a great excuse to not go back to the gym more than a handful of times since then. But now I’m back!

If you’re not an oxford comma person I don’t know if we can be friends.

I am not an Oxford Comma person, which means we most certainly are not friends. Enemies closer and all that, LOL

My grip on the left side (former biceps tear) almost gave out at the top. . . almost. Of course it was a crap bar with no chalk so no help there.

Yes I know this is all light on accessory work but give me a break, I’m just glad to be back in the gym and to be honest I’m not sure my body can take it yet.

Well I’m adding more stuff, bringing the volume up slowly so as to not kill this old fat guy.

It’s funny. . . 405lbs feels a lot heavier than I remember it feeling. . .
