Paul I’ve been doing your "trap are new abs "routine for two months, I’ve been having great results. I was thinking of switching to your old traps specialization ( in strengh , life legacy book, the one that you do dynamic shrug to a top triple in one day and midshin deadlift with shrug to a top triple in another…). After a few months working more with high reps and metabolic work, I think it would be nice to switch for one month to a program focused more on progressive overload and low reps.
Do you think it’s a good strategy?
