Kettle Bell swings: 3 x 15 @ SW

Neutral grip pullups: reps x sets
Axel bar curls: 25/2 @ SW TR 30…went light on these ,got bored with the EZ curl bar
Alt DB curls: 20/2 @ SW TR 17 …axel bar actualy fatigued my arms

Great Davy boy Smith link mate. I still remember summer slam 1992 when it was in England and he beat Bret Hart for the intercontinental championship …Quality.
He was a strong dude too, one of only a few wrestlers back then who would gorilla press another wrestler over there head hold them up there then body slam then. Love it.

Trap Bar: some sets and some reps. Will say that i am getting stronger on these I can already tell a difference in my actual hip strength .

Meadow rows: 30/3 @ SW TR 45 …whoops my bar math was off didnt realize until I was done.
Kettle swings: 3 x 15 @ SW

For the record I will say switching to Trap Bar was a good call on my part.

Yeah, its nice seeing actual progression in a pulling movement. For what ever reason my Regular Deads had completely stagnated and was in a state of complete decline be it for physical or psychological reasons. .
