Even sick your lifts are good, actually great. Any idea what 315 x 11 translates into a single?

Its not 100% back… I know for a fact I still have some weakness in certain stabilizers . Probably be several more month before I will be taking 4 plates for a ride on a regular bases again.

Yep … Based on the two formula I now use my estimate max is hovering back around 425.Now actually hitting that number without doing some form of peaking cycle is highly doubtful .

Regarding 1 RM formulas for anyone one else reading my drivel. For myself they are pretty accurate at least on Bench up to 10 reps after that the accuracy goes out the window.
Squats 3-5 reps for some reason is reliable and Deadlifts I dont even bother because I have never gotten a reliable estimate regardless of the rep range .

Wide Grip Bench: 205 X 21 / 20
Swiss bar Tri extensions: 2 x 12 @ SW …My tris were pretty trashed from the Benching
Band pull aparts: 3 x 30

Warm up: Several minutes on hamster wheel
Lower mobility work

Deads: 5 x 3 @ 70%

Elevated Deads : 3 x 3 @ 70 %

Kettle Bell swings : 3 x 15 @ SW…

Chins: 50 Total reps…Lost my mind bunch of triples and double rep sets to get them all in.
Hammer curls : 2 x 15 @ SW

OMG… Meat feels like its going to fall off my upper back.

Bench: Bunch of warm up sets
4 x 2 @ 320
320 x 9 Ugh … Defiantly was feeling all the pull ups from the other day .

Buffalo Bar:3 X 5 @ 190 … still feels too light Pausing every rep for at least a 1 count

Seated BTNP: 2 x 12 @ 100 & 140… Strength coming back on these, weight felt very light.

Lower body mobility work

Squats: 4 x 2 @ 375
375 x 10… got a wild hair and decided on a whim and switch back to a regular bar instead of the Buffalo bar. Took awhile for my shoulder to loosen up since its been awhile …

Step ups: 3 x 10
Incline Bench DB rows : 5 x 8 X SW
Barbell Calve Raises : 5 X 10 @ SW

Since Im lifting heavier again with a purpose … Ive notice I am regaining a good bit of size back on me . Luckily , not in the midsection .

Got told i was Huge by some young 20 something out of the blue today while I was getting a drink at a local gas station.

Not sure if he was paying me a compliment or was meaning I was huge in a negative meaning… :confused:
