That should already be factored into bodyweight. If your BF is lower then you’ll be lighter. See its already rigged for little guys.

Valeria , I want to blow chunks just thinking about it. I used to do crossfit and am having flashbacks thanks to the suggestion. But I’m sadistic so I’m in, just no eating before.

I’m doing these. After the 20 x 150# I’m off reps over 10. Maybe when we get to some max weight lifts.

“Fall and get up reps” this sounds like something I could PR in!

4 pounds of meat with a sides, and yea I am down for this.

BW DL for reps, I have done up to 80 reps in less than 5 minutes its not fun

Joe, I just think these monthly challenges are the greatest idea. It will be really fun to check in and see what’s on tap for the month. I’d vote for full-stretch chins and HLRs. And it has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that I consider myself pretty good at those.

Regarding the DL challenge, should there be a time limit so as to minimize long rests between reps? I suspect that people with a cross-fitty-type base might really excel at challenges that involve lifting for reps.

A little earlier I suggested that any “break” last no longer than a three second count. Maybe five seconds might be okay but I agree I don’t want people just taking forever.

7 months ago I was doing 20 rep finishers with 225 at a 250 BW, now down to 225 BW that is not a hard accomplishment repping out 20 with what I have been doing the last 6 months.

Snap are you thinking maybe some 3 rep max in the future?
