I still have a little pain in my right knee, so I have been avoiding too much heavy work that puts stress on it. The pulls were not an issue. I did the leg spreader things for the first time in years.
In my gym we call it the kama sutra machine.
Hammer Strength Front Pulls:
I hit the public gym early this morning. I’m off to the state capital for three days for some lobbying (aka legalized bribery). It’s the week I hate the most each year.
